4. Do you do commercial roofing, or just residential?

Both. Our company does commercial roofing replacement and residential as well– retail stores, warehouses, apartments – in Maple Grove, Plymouth, and Brooklyn Park, with the same insurance claims services as we offer for our residential projects.

5. What is an ice dam and how to get rid of it?

Heat in the attic melts the snow, which then freezes again at the eaves and moves under the shingles. We do ice dam removal with steam, never a hammer, in two-person crews, then check what’s causing the heat loss.

6. Which holds up better in Minnesota: Asphalt shingles or metal roofing?

Asphalt costs less and lasts 20–30 years; metal roof replacement costs more but sheds snow faster and can last 40+ years. Neither is wrong for Minnesota – it comes down to budget and how long you’re staying.

7. How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Maple Grove?

Most bathrooms have costs ranging from the low end of $5,000, while kitchen remodeling costs may range into the six figures based on materials used. We make our own cabinets, and every job starts with an in-home estimate.
